  There is a Kawakami isthmus when heading for Mitsuse, the Fukuoka area from the Saga City town.It is called Ranzan in Kyushu because it resembles Ranzan in Kyoto.Around the Kawakami isthmus, in the spring, Sakura is beautiful and in the autumn, the colored leaves is beautiful.In the middle in April-in May, the carp streamer spans Kase-gawa.A fireworks display and lantern-offering on the water are hosted by the first ten days in August.
